Elected Officials Who Don’t Take Toxic Money
The following elected officials have taken a principled stance to not taken money from Duke Energy, Dominion Energy, Enbridge, or their affiliates, including from their Political Action Committees (PAC), lobbyists, and executives. By refusing to take money from utility monopolies, they are free to represent everyday North Carolinians and fight for the fair and affordable energy system we all deserve.
Taking a principled stance means that a candidate’s campaign will adopt a policy to not knowingly accept any contributions from Duke Energy, Dominion Energy, and Enbridge’s PACs, executives, lobbyists or affiliates. The officials listed below are incumbent in their elected role.
